Ahmad Rafay Alam is an environmental lawyer and climate activist specialising in the energy, water, natural resources and urban infrastructure sectors. Mr. Alam has vast experience in climate and environment law and policy and regularly advises local and international clients on environment, water, sustainability, climate change, energy efficiency and air quality issues. He has also taught climate law and policy at the Lahore University of Management Sciences and has served as Chairman and Director of several public sector utilities in Pakistan. He is a member of the Pakistan Climate Change Council and serves as the Vice President of the Pakistan Environmental Law Association.
